⚠️ Before You Request Deletion

Please understand that requesting account deletion is permanent. Once your account and data are deleted:

  • You will lose access to your account and all downloaded content
  • Your favourites, bookmarks, and custom worship session playlists will be permanently removed
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately
  • This action cannot be undone

How to Request Data Deletion

Complete the deletion request form below with your registered email address and confirm your identity.

Verification Email

We will send a verification email to confirm your identity before processing the deletion request.

Processing Period

Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once complete.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email. Your data will have been permanently removed from our systems.

What Will Be Deleted

🗑️ Immediately Deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Personal profile information
  • Favourites and bookmarks
  • Custom worship session playlists
  • The copy of your content kept for moving to Versepond
  • Subscription information

📋 Retained Per Legal Requirements

Certain anonymised transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 7 years). These records cannot be used to identify you personally.
